What is IFC Formal Recruitment?
Each year the WMU Interfraternity Council hosts a formal recruitment process for WMU students interested in joining a fraternity on campus. Formal recruitment takes place in the beginning of the fall semester. During the week the potential new members will have the opportunity to talk with all 10 chapters and see all 10 chapter houses. After seeing all the chapters, potential new members will have a chance to sign a bid with a chapter at the end of the week.
